Order processing. Once your order is placed, we process it within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is submitted.

Delivery time. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, so your total time from order to delivery may be slightly longer during high demand periods.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Order tracking. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delays. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, local carrier conditions, or high volume periods such as holidays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.
