Shipping Policy

Where we ship from. Nue Ritual is a Danish company based in Allerød. Our products are made by our manufacturing partners in China and are shipped directly from their warehouses to you. This keeps our prices lower, but it also means delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

Where we ship to. United Kingdom, all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United States. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Processing time. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of being placed.

Delivery time. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days to the UK and EU and 10 to 15 business days to the US. Total time from order to door is therefore usually 2 to 3 weeks. Customs processing can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on your address and order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Duties and taxes. For EU and UK orders, VAT is included in the checkout price and you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. For US orders, any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it on our Customer Service page.

Late or lost parcels. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email us at info@nueritual.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
