Returns and Refunds

30-day returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law.

How to start a return. Email info@nueritual.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you receive these, as parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we cover all return costs, or we send a replacement without asking you to return the item at all. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. Because our products ship from our partner warehouses in China, return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be more expensive than you are used to. We will tell you the cost before you decide.

Damaged or wrong items. Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund straight away.

Refunds. Once we confirm your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. After that the order has usually entered processing and must be handled as a return.

Exceptions. Custom-made items and items damaged through installation or use cannot be returned unless faulty.
